What does this poem mean?

When the two of you were in a relationship...he was really happy...he felt so contented...he was so in love with you that he dreamed of wonderful things that he is going to share with you.Then you broke up, he is broken hearted...he is still remembering you up to now...he has not moved on yet...he still thinks of you as precious to him...he still longs for you & your love...and perhaps wishing for the two of you to reunite...true love!!!
