Take a first response pregnancy test they are the most sensitive test you can buy. The bleeding could be implantation bleeding or it could be the start AF. Wait to take a test until the AM unless you can hold your bladder for 4 hours then you could test today. It sounds like you could be pregnant to me. Good Luck.
