If religion could be removed, would there be peace in the Middle East?

Evil & hate have nothing to do with God ....they come from the dark hearts of man ! What you are seeing in the Middle East at the moment has been perpetrated all over the world & has its origin in man's lust for power , greed , envy & hatred....maybe religious points of difference are used as a vehicle to incite hatred but ultimately it's man & man alone who chooses to commit evil....
