Yes this is a rootkit, search rootkit remover on Yahoo I use greatis but have also used sophos and unhackme. You can go to the directories shown and just delete the files (you may have to go to safe mode or command console) go to task manager and end process of the files then go to MSconfig >startup tab and uncheck the process. Some of these things start from an obscure registry key, so you can download "rootkit revealer" from Microsoft or sysinternals and run it, it will confirm rootkit but it does give false positives for some registry keys. Its disgraceful that microsoft can peddle such insecure rubbish as windows, every version seems to have more security holes than the last, surely its not beyond them to produce software or a dongle to prevent unknown programs running which cannot easily be removed..
