Should it be illegal for health care agencies to deny patients access to their own medical records?

No, I dont disagree one bit. In fact, I did not know that. I always umed I could have access to my own health records if I ever needed to. WOW.... Well, guess the health industry paid allot of money to have those laws ped....and that really is what happened. He who has the gold makes the rules. NOT the american people. We are bought and paid for each and every day. More and more of our rights are slipping away. someone should challenge this.
