I want to cont, further study of MCA/DCE, which is now best?

basically i am ITI(Civil) after that i was completed B.B.A. but i have a experience in civil past 10 years even i know both technical and non technical but the trend is software is it so i thought why do not do a MCA after completing that can i get opportunity in that field in 2010, so please give good suggestion to me
