My mother-in-law is being rude and saying comments that make people feel bad.?

She is not married and pretty much her social life has gone down hill. I just had a baby a month ago, and she thinks its ok to just come to my house at anytime of the day EVERYDAY. I dont know what to do. Could this me menopause??
