Is it a hopeless case?

All of your symptoms sounds very hopeful! These are all common symptoms of women who are pregnant. I don't know what "dpo" means but how soon is your period due? I would definitely be taking a test the day before your period is due if I were you. I know most people say to wait until your period is past due, but if the test can detect it before then, you might as well take it a day early, because I'm sure you're very anxious! good luck and baby dust, although it sounds like you don't need it anymore :)
