Bad atmosphere at work/talking behind back?

Dunno - I'm lucky enough to work in a friendly environment (or maybe I should do faster foot-swivels to catch "the looks"?). I could suggest a riveting programme I stumbled across on Sky Ch 253 last week called Running In Heels where 3 interns at Marie-Claire offices in New York are together at work and in an apartment. Initial feelings of unity have denigrated into hostility, and your story rings bells as regards this programme. Watch it to see how the girl on the outside deals with the 2 others as they are all pretty confident and plain-speaking.
