My 3 month old baby girl is SUPER COLICKY! And she wants to be held ALL day long. No car seat,no pacifier,?

thing is I hold her alot my family says I spoil her. OH WELL. She's my baby. But how can I get her to take a binky. I feed her and she spits the binky right out. Will a binky help her colic?
