Keeping Ghost Shrimp?

Yep, my guess is the Khuli loach is the culprit. Your only real shot at keeping shrimp constantly in your tank is either to constantly replenish them from the pet store or start breeding them yourself and constantly adding them. They are pretty much just going to wind up as fish food. Also your tetra schools are too small.
