Do white Democrats encourage blacks to fail?

no it is blacks encouraging other blacks to fail by telling them they are too good for school and anyone who studies is a nerd, do drugs and cause problems with law enforcement, give every non black an attitude and show your inferiority complex by calling successful people white washed, and being in jail is somewhat of a remarkable accomplishment. even bill cosby himself admitted that blacks are not fit for education and thus encouraged them on national television to actually get educated and stop ruining this country.
