Baby pajamas that covers hands & feet?

I couldn't find any jammies larger than newborn/0-3 months that cover the hands so I cover my daughter's hands at night with a pair of socks tucked into her sleeves! I use the super soft brushed fleece type...her little hands are like ice when I feed her at night, this has been the perfect solution and she seems to be very comfortable!
